Tutor
Role: Provide personalized instruction and guidance to students in specific subjects.
Expectations:
- Grade 9 or above
- Access to computer, webcam, and Wi-Fi
- Able to commit one to three hours a week
Blogger
Role: Write academic blogs for all students from primary to university.
Expectations:
- Grade 9 or above
- Access to computer, webcam, and Wi-Fi
- Complete one blog per week (minimum 300 words)
Marketing Department
Role (VP Marketing): Leads the marketing department, develops strategies to promote products/services, oversees advertising campaigns, and analyzes market trends. Responsible for driving brand awareness and achieving marketing goals.
Role (Social Media Associate): Manages and creates content for social media platforms.
Role (Graphic Design Associate): Creates visually compelling materials for marketing.
Role (Photography Associate): Captures high-quality photographs to document activities.

- Able to attend all management meetings
External Department
Role (VP External): Focuses on external relations and partnerships for the organization. Cultivates relationships with stakeholders, donors, and other external entities. Represents the organization in external events, builds strategic alliances and seeks opportunities to advance the organization's mission and visibility.
Role (Volunteer & Student Associate): Recruits, trains, and manages volunteers for various projects and activities. Assists in coordinating tutoring sessions, matching students with tutors.
Role (PR & Collaborations Associate): Facilitates collaboration and partnerships with external organizations. Handles media relations, press releases, and public statements.

Internal Department
